Booking, Payments & Rebates
How do I pay for a treatment?

You can pay by cash or credit/debit card at the end of your session. Card payments incur a small 1.6% service fee.
Does Mobile Osteopath Gold Coast accept private health fund rebates?

Yes — rebates are available with most major health funds. You simply pay upfront and then claim your rebate directly by uploading your receipt through your health insurer’s app.
What rebates available?

If you have a GP referral under an Allied Health Care plan (CDM or EPC), Medicare will cover part of your session . Please bring your referral so we can process your rebate correctly.

If you are covered by DVA and have a referral from your GP, your treatment sessions may be funded. Please bring your DVA referral and card details to your first appointment.
How do I book an appointment with Mobile Osteopath Gold Coast?

You can book online, text, or phone. Same-day and after-hours spots may be available depending on your location.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
